• Ensure correct pricing from cash vans and update of field marks
• Monitor stock sheet update by sales team
• Supervise stock returns from vans to warehouse
• Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
• Ensure promotions are done in conformity to company standards.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Assist sales representatives in achieving sales targets both in volume & value.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues
• Ensures demarcated areas for vans are followed
• Prepare reports on sales performance, sales van breakdowns etc
• Any other assigned duty from management
