• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Bio- Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory technology any other equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
• At least 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years in supervisory food manufacturing quality management
• Knowledge of the current regulations and the methods used for sample collection and analysis
• Ability to collect data, analyse, interpret and make meaningful suggestions to operations.
• Knowledge of laboratory principles, practices and techniques of chemistry and microbiological.
• Knowledge of local and internationally applicable laws and regulations pertaining to water, food quality data validity.
• Skill in laboratory techniques, following and adapting scientific methods and procedures.
