Manage all office operations effectively
Preparation of memos, queries, review and requisitions for approvals,
Manage office equipment
Oversee and take charge of clerical functions, filing data, data administration, and management of phone calls.
Organising
, arranging and coordinating meetings
Liaise with the HR in managing clerical and administrative staff.
Ensure company compliance with regard to its statutory obligations.
Ensure the renewal and update of operational licenses and certificates

Degree in Business Management or a Professional
administrative field
Ability to exercise independent judgement and work without supervision
Excellent analytical skill, good written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as; Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
