  • Manage all office operations effectively
  • Preparation of memos, queries, review and requisitions for approvals,
  • Manage office equipment
  • Oversee and take charge of clerical functions, filing data, data administration, and management of phone calls.
  • Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Liaise with the HR in managing clerical and administrative staff.
  • Ensure company compliance with regard to its statutory obligations.
  • Ensure the renewal and update of operational licenses and certificates 


job requrrements
  • Degree in Business Management or a Professional administrative field
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and work without supervision
  • Excellent analytical skill, good written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as; Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
