• A Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering and Management Information system or any other
related field from an accredited tertiary institution
• A minimum of 10 years post Bachelor’s relevant work
experience
• 3 years of which must be in a Senior Management position
• Good leadership and strategic management skills
• High integrity, professionalism and good ethical standard
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Negotiating, networking, lobbying and advocacy skills
• Ability to take initiative and to influence others
positively
• Knowledge in relevant IT applications
• Monitoring and evaluation skills
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
