  • Ability to prepare local and continental dishes
  • Develop and plan menus and daily specials
  • Lead and manage culinary/ kitchen staff
  • Maintain quality standards for food storage, rotation and appearance
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and ethics
  • Ensure cleanliness of cooking equipment, work area and storage.


job requrrements
  • Degree/ Diploma/ HND in Cookery, Catering and Industrial Management or NVTI Cookery I & II
  • Proven work record in similar position for 2 years or more
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must be prepared to work on holidays and weekends
  • Problem solving and Kitchen Management and skills
