Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external clients.
Manage and schedule meetings/ appointments.
Make travel arrangements.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Maintain Office filling system.
job requrrements
Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields.
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
MS Office and English proficiency.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
