- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external clients.
- Manage and schedule meetings/ appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Maintain Office filling system.
- Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant for a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
