Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Product knowledge
- Identify and target potential public sector and government agency customers through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and prepare detailed sales proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to
customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and government procurement processes
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
