projects on time and within targeted budget

Effectively executing & managing multiple
jobs at any one time taking into consideration hours’ labor & material
requirements.

Planned and prioritized work load with
exceptional time management.

To be able to work on shop drawings, material submittals
and inspection documents.

To be able to assess required material for a
start-up project and be able to order them.

Ensuring all safety and quality regulations are
met with the highest standards in accordance with client expectations.

Successfully handing over the following systems
in accordance to IEC and EN regulations: Low Voltage, Access control, KNX, Fire
alarm, Telephone, Data, CCTV, Lightning and earthing system, distribution
boards installation, Generator.

Coordination with mechanical, civil and
architectural trades which ensured a smooth harmonized teamwork.

Implementation of value engineering, cost
control, material submittals, variation orders, purchase orders, testing and
commissioning which complied to project demands.

Preparing statements, payment certificates,
purchase orders, coordination meetings and site reports.
