job description
• Prepare invoices for clients for payments
• Process invoices and receipts for payment Collection of cheques/Cash payments
• Prepare monthly Payroll using Excel Sheet and ensure the payment of salaries
• Prepare and submit SSNIT contributions (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and ensure payment on time to avoid penalty
• Prepare and file PAYE TAX and VAT returns Submit SSNIT/GRA Clearance certificate letters and follow up for collections
• Payment of Utility bills and other bills


job requrrements
• Minimum of HND in accounting
• At least 2 years’ experience as an account clerk
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent computers skills; knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
