Administration
Assist the Managing Director in the delivery of administrative support to the company’s operation to ensure higher standards of disciplined and efficient services delivery always.
· Coordinate the acquisition and renewal of work and residence permits for expatriates.
· Provide secretarial support to the company, example preparation and dispatch of letters and memos, mailing and scanning of documents, scheduling meetings of the Managing Director.
· Provide front office and reception support to clients and visitors.
· Ensure that documents (such as staff document and their leave) are properly filed and all files are kept up to date as well as documented.
· Organise trainings and medical exams for staff whenever necessary.
· Ensure discipline in the organisation by issuing queries and warning letters when necessary.
Minimum of a first degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
· Proven work experience as an HR Assistant for a minimum of 3 years.
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
· MS Office and English proficiency.
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
